Chicago bus driver pulled knife

Police say they're investigating an incident in which a passenger alleges a Chicago bus driver pulled a knife on him and said, "I dare you to do something."

The unnamed female bus driver has been relieved of her duties until the complaint filed by Brian Harroun, 45, of Orland Park, can be investigated, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Saturday.

A police sergeant says Harroun was acting belligerently when he filed his complaint, the newspaper said.

Herroun claims the driver pulled a knife on him Friday morning on the city's Near South Side during a dispute over his Chicago Transit Authority fare card. It allegedly ended with the driver showing a knife with a 5-inch blade.
